ASME Partners with Nano Commercialization Organization for 2015 and 2016 Conferences ASME Partners with Nano Commercialization Organization for 2015 and 2016 Conferences ASME Partners with Nano Commercialization Organization for 2015 and 2016 ConferencesASME has partnered with the Micro and Nano Technology Commercialization Education Foundation (MANCEF) in the groups next two Commercialization of Micro-, Nano-, and Emerging Technologies (COMS) conferences, which are widely regarded as being among the leading global events focusing on the scale-up of micro- and nanotechnologies. The next conference, COMS 2015, will take place from Sept. 13 through 16 in Krakw, Poland.COMS 2015, to be held at the at the Holiday Inn Krakw City Centre, will consist of a number of tracks examining the science and applications related to micro- and nanotechnology, as well as the market opportunities it presents. Technical papers and sessions will focus on areas including technical transfer, new materials a nd applications, emerging microfluidics technologies, new instrumentation for life science, green energy, smart medical systems, and education and workforce issues, among others.Speakers at the 2015 conference will include a wide range of experts from the field of micro- and nanotechnology. Invited speakers include Volker Saile, president of MANCEF Khalil Rouhana of the European Commission Gabriel Crean of the Atomic Energy Commission Thomas Laurell, director of CellCARE at Lund University in Sweden Erol Harvey, chief executive officer at MiniFAB Pty.
